STEP BY STEP
Illustrative flow only. Real user permissions, review paths, audit logs and financial integrations are agreed during project planning.
An employee, customer or manager submits a request. Structured fields capture the purpose, urgency, responsible team and required information.
Supporting documents are attached to the request. Permissions, file versions and completion checklists can keep the right materials available to the right people.
The system assigns a reviewer or department based on category, workload or authorization rules. Comments and status changes remain associated with the request.
An authorized reviewer can approve, reject or ask for changes. Requests that need correction return to the appropriate owner before another review.
Once a status changes, configured recipients may receive an in-app notification or email reminder. Timing and message content depend on the workflow.
If the process involves money, approved work may advance to a quote, invoice, payment confirmation or internal expense approval. Payment providers are integrated only if included in scope.
The final status, documents, decisions and relevant event history remain searchable according to the organization’s retention and access rules. Reports summarize ongoing work and outcomes.
