Website content and examples

This website describes Skypine's website design and custom application development services. Showcase designs, organization names, sample metrics and demonstration workflows are illustrative, not representations of completed customer engagements. Demonstration signups, bookings, payments and orders are not production transactions.

Project applications

Submitting a project request does not obligate Skypine to accept the engagement. The applicant's indicated budget is an estimate, not a final quotation. Skypine may review the submitted scope and, if appropriate, issue a written quotation stating proposed work, price and estimated business days.

Quotation decisions and payment

For newly issued quotations, applicants can review and approve, counter-offer, or finally decline a proposed scope, price and schedule through their private tracking link. No Zelle or Bank Wire Transfer payment is requested before the quotation is approved. When an applicant approves, the seven-calendar-day payment window begins, and Skypine independently verifies reported Zelle and bank wire payments before activating project tickets. Existing requests accepted under earlier website procedures retain their recorded status.

New builds, rebuilds and maintenance

Skypine accepts new website and application development and complete website rebuilds. For websites and applications originally developed by Skypine, maintenance may be provided subject to an agreed support scope and terms. We do not provide partial modifications or maintenance for websites originally developed by other companies.

Two ways projects may be quoted

Fixed Price. Suitable for simpler projects with a documented initial scope, a stated total quotation and an estimated work-hour baseline. Changes outside the agreed major functionality or beyond the agreed work-hour allowance may need a separately quoted and approved change order.

Progressive / Variable Scope. Suitable for medium or evolving projects. The initial quotation covers only its documented stage or baseline; it is not a guaranteed full-project total. New functions and changed requirements are separately reviewed, scoped, estimated and approved before chargeable work proceeds.

Blueprint, work hours and changes

Applicants select major functional areas and may describe functions not listed. Skypine reviews these choices, issues a versioned Project Blueprint describing the major workflow sections, determines the total estimated work hours and issues the written quotation. Detailed implementation within an agreed major section does not automatically become an extra charge. Later requests for new major capabilities, such as adding an online payment system to a website originally quoted without it, require scope review.

The estimated work hours and completion period are planning estimates, not guaranteed limits on the actual effort or delivery date; work may take longer. The agreed work-hour baseline helps identify when the scope must be reviewed. Additional chargeable work caused by requests outside the approved scope or authorized hour allowance requires a written description, proposed extra time and a separately approved total price before chargeable additional work begins. A schedule delay alone does not automatically incur an extra fee. Skypine development corrections are tracked separately from customer-requested additions.

Major sections, progress stages, related tickets, actual working time and approved change orders are kept in the project record. A ticket or comment is not, on its own, an agreement to an extra charge. Project work starts after independent payment verification and a separate administrator activation. The final written agreement may specify acceptance criteria, delivery milestones, revision allowances, ownership, billing and dispute procedures.

Online project records and communication

Most project administration is intended to take place in the customer portal: applications, quotation and counter-offer decisions, Blueprint scope acknowledgments, project progress, participant invitations, tickets, attachments and written change approvals. Email and telephone support these records but do not automatically amend a quotation or authorize an additional fee. Decisions that affect the work scope or payment should be confirmed in the project record.

Project agreements

These General Terms describe broad service practices. The detailed written project agreement, versioned Blueprint, accepted quotation and signed change orders govern each project. If project-specific terms conflict with this summary, the applicable signed agreement controls. Quotation approval or a Blueprint acknowledgment alone does not replace a separate written contract when required.

Files and private links

Do not share a private application status URL. Optional supporting uploads become unavailable after 14 calendar days and are removed through the retention cleanup; applicants should retain their original files.
