SKYPINE / WEBSITE & APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT
Information submitted with a project request
If the online project application is available, Skypine collects the contact details, company information, project requirements, budget estimates and optional attachments you choose to submit. Authorized personnel use those details to review requests, prepare quotations, communicate decisions and manage the application.
Private application links
Applicants receive a private URL for reviewing their application and any written quotation. Anyone who has this URL may be able to view the corresponding status and quote; do not publish or share the link. It is not a password-protected customer account.
Attachments and retention
Submitted PDF, JPG and PNG attachments are placed in private server storage, become inaccessible after 14 calendar days and are removed by the retention cleanup. Skypine may retain the application details, decisions and activity records separately; the 14-day attachment period does not mean those records are automatically deleted.
Communications and payment reports
The system may send application and quotation notifications to the email addresses provided. Any Zelle or Bank Wire Transfer payment report is checked manually by authorized personnel; the website does not itself confirm that a bank transfer was received or store payment-card details.
Technical records and sessions
The site and its hosting provider may process ordinary request logs, session information and security data needed to operate and protect the service. Showcase demonstrations use illustrative or temporary data and do not create real customer memberships, appointments or orders.
Contact
For questions about information submitted through a project application, contact Skypine through the contact methods published on this website. Avoid placing passwords, payment account credentials or unnecessary sensitive information in project descriptions or attachments.
This operational notice describes the current website functionality. Review and finalize it for the actual hosting configuration, disclosure requirements and applicable law before production deployment.
